If
there’s a website that you visit often, consider adding a shortcut to
it to your Start screen—or, in Windows Phone parlance, pinning it
there. Once you’ve pinned a site, you just need to tap the shortcut
tile to open the site in Internet Explorer.
1. Pin a Website to Start
In Internet Explorer, open the website you want to pin, and then tap More.
Tap Pin To Start.
Next time you want to visit the site, just tap the shortcut on the Start screen.
Tip:
You can change how the tile for your shortcut looks by zooming in or out or by repositioning the web page before you pin it.
